Celebrate the best of New Mexico with this fabulous Norteño menu that includes some of Chef Johnny Vee's favorites. We will make: Herb Blini with Santa Fe Smoked Salmon, Fried Green Tomatoes with Green Chile Pimento Cheese, Orange & Cumin Scented Cornish Game Hen Cilantro Rice, Posole Verde, and Red Chile Apple Tart Tatin.
