Our Sous Chef Andrew Fleisher-Ortivez has a special affinity with plant based cooking having cheffed for holistic retreat centers for four years and cooked in both vegetarian and Farm to Table eateries. Our menu includes: Homemade Ghee, Chana Masala, (Chickpea Curry) Aloo Gobi, (Potato Cauliflower Stir-fry) Saag Paneer, Aloo Paratha, Jeera Rice, (cumin spiced basmati rice) and, for dessert, Halwa with Toasted Cashews & Dried Fruit.
