We will discuss various ways of preparing your bird including brining, goose fat glazing and create delicious stuffings including Cornbread Chestnut, Green Chile Sopaipilla and Pumpernickel & Candied Pecan as well as side dishes including Gourmet Green Bean Casserole, Turnips & Greens with Mustard Butter, and for dessert; Mocha Mint Tiramisu.
