Now that the green chiles have turned to red, it's time to celebrate New Mexico's other favorite food; Red Chile. Today we create an entire menu of red chile goodies including: Red Chile Pork Tamales, Red Chile Sauce, Smoked Beef Chili, Eggplant Adovado, Red Chile Scalloped Potatoes, and Vanilla Ice Cream with Red Chile Caramel Sauce. This is an official Chile addicts 12-step meeting. (Hands-on)
