Celebrate New Mexico's favorite ingredient this holiday season with a whole batch of recipes that feature the fabulous flavor of red chile. Our delicious menu includes: Mini-Chicken Tamales, Wilted Spinach Salad with Candied Red Chile Pecans, Red Chile Honey Glazed Turkey, Red Chile Scalloped Potatoes, and for dessert, Red Chile Caramel Tarte Tatin with Dulce De Leche Ice Cream. We know Santa loves red and so will you! (Hands-on)
