We hear this at the store regularly, so tonight we will teach you how to select, store, cook and sauce a variety of fresh seafood. Seafood is naturally low fat, healthy, quick, and easy to prepare. Tonight, we'll make Santa Fe Cured Smoked Salmon, Filet of Sole Meuniere, Baked Trout Almondine, and a great party dish; Halibut & Fennel en Papillote. Don't be a fish out of water and miss this educational class. (Hands-On)
