With the price of beef going up you don’t want to have any cooking failures. Tonight we explore the wonderful world of beef and prepare a complete menu featuring a variety of cuts of beef including the 'cuts-like-butter' dry aged sirloin. We will make Smoked Beef Chili, Dry Aged Sirloin with Beer Batter Onion Rings, Braised Beef Ribs with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Aussie Meat Pies. Sauces and Creamed Spinach will round out the meat lovers menu. (Hands-On)
