'Tis the season to prepare a variety of tamales, both sweet and savory for the coming holiday celebrations. We will make traditional Red Chile Pork, a Sweet Almond Tamale, Green Chile & Cheddar, and a Green Corn Custard Tamale. Students can expect to take home lots of tamales to eat now or freeze for the holidays. This class sells out fast! (Hands-On)
