Las Cosas Loyalty Terms and Conditions

Become a Member

The Las Cosas Loyalty Rewards program ("membership") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working e-mail address and phone number. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or on By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. If you are between 18 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the program. Membership is non-transferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Membership is valid only at Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe store locations and not on Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe web store.


Las Cosas may, at any time, terminate or modify the Las Cosas Loyalty Reward program by posting the changes on or by email notification. Employees of Las Cosas are not eligible for membership in the Loyalty program.


Earn Points

As a member of the Las Cosas Loyalty program you will earn one (1) Discount point for nearly every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Purchases" below). You must specify your membership in the loyalty program and provide your phone number at the time of purchase in store. Points will post to your account at the point of sale at the time of purchase. Returns will not show on your account immediately. Point calculations are based on dollars spent at checkout on qualifying purchases. When qualifying purchases are returned, points will be deducted from your Las Cosas Loyalty Reward program account equal to the number of points earned for that purchase originally. Points apply only to the first membership phone number in connection with any purchase. Loyalty points have no cash value. Points are redeemable only after 30 (thirty) days from date of original purchase. Points are non-transferable. Las Cosas is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address, change of e-mail address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.


Non-Qualifying Purchases

The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases:

  • Cooking school classes
  • Gift card purchases.
  • Purchases paid for with a gift card.
  • Special order deposits

o        Special orders will accrue points when the sale is finalized

  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases.
  • Purchases made for resale.
  • Online orders will not automatically integrate. Customers must call after an online order to receive points.
  • Sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions.
  • Other exclusions may apply.



For every 100 points earned in the Las Cosas Loyalty Rewards program, you will be eligible to receive a $5 loyalty discount off a future qualifying purchase at participating Las Cosas retail store locations. 100 Points are deducted from your account for every $5 in loyalty discount value used by you. Loyalty discounts are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Loyalty discounts are only redeemable off future purchases at Las Cosas retail store locations and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the Loyalty Discount, excluding sales tax. Loyalty Discounts may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount except for non-qualifying purchases.  Loyalty Discounts are not eligible for redemption until thirty days after the date of purchase.


Non-Qualifying Redemptions

The following items are considered non-qualifying redemptions for which Loyalty Discount points may not be redeemed:

  • Prior purchases
  • Online orders
  • Cooking school classes
  • Purchase of Las Cosas Gift Cards
  • Special order deposits
  • Purchases made for resale,
  • Sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees
  • Commercial purchases.
  • Other exclusions may apply.


Membership Inactivation, Cancellation, Expiration and Termination

Loyalty Rewards program members who do not maintain a unique working e-mail address will have their membership de-activated.

Loyalty Rewards program members who make no qualifying purchases during any continuous (rolling) 12-month period, loyalty points balance will automatically expire on the last day of the 12th month of account inactivity.

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying Las Cosas Kitchen by e-mail or phone. Upon cancellation membership will be inactivated and all points will be removed.

If at any time, point balance becomes negative as a result of a returned purchase or returned purchases, the number of points corresponding with that return will be deducted from the account. Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe reserves the right to terminate any  loyalty membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.


Member Communications

You may view your account activity online at or by using the AppCard app on a smart phone. Return activity may not show on your account for up to one month after date of return. For information about your Account, contact Las Cosas with your loyalty phone number.

General Program Information

Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

The laws of the State of New Mexico apply to this program and you agree that any claim related to the program will be brought in the State of New Mexico.
