Our menu includes: Thai Shrimp Tacos with Bird Chile Salsa, Fish Tacos with Creamy Tomatillo Salsa, Sonoran Hot dog Tacos, Truck Stop Red Chile Beef Enchiladas & Fried Egg, Rosemary Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas with Goat Cheese & Pest, and for dessert, Ice Cream Tacos.
