Today Christine Hickman teaches us the art of making the perfect Italian Pizzeria pizza. Las Cosas sells the amazing Ooni Pizza Ovens which we will use to create our perfect pies. She will also show how great results can also be achieved in your home oven. Our menu includes: New York Style Pepperoni Pizza, Napolitana Margherita Pizza, Roman Pizza al Taglio (Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, Cherry Tomatoes & Arugula), Sweet Calzone stuffed with Apple & Taleggio and a Mixed Greens Salad with Almonds, Fennel, & Green Olive.
