Tonight, we prepare a menu that celebrates this light, fresh and tasty cuisine. We will make Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Sour Shrimp Soup, Sizzling Crepes, Pumpkin Cooked in Coconut Milk, Stir-Fried Bitter Greens, and Banana Fritters with Toasted Coconut Ice Cream.
