Tonight we pretend we are in Maine and recreate an east coast clambake. Feel the breeze and smell the salty air as we prepare: Lobster Rolls, Steamed Clams with Vermouth, Clambake with lobster, clams, corn, red potatoes, & sausage. For dessert we'll make Strawberry Shortcake with Mango & Mint. Don't miss this incredible menu that celebrates the best-of-the-sea. (Hands-On)
