We hear this at the store regularly, so tonight we will teach you how to select, store, cook and sauce a variety of fresh seafood. Seafood is naturally low fat, healthy, quick and easy to prepare. Tonight we'll make Santa Fe Cured Smoked Salmon, Filet of Sole Meuniere, Baked Trout Almondine, Vietnamese Sweet & Sour Fish Soup, and a great party dish; Cod & Fennel en Papillote. Don't be a fish out of water and miss this educational class. (Hands-On)
