The green chile harvest is here; time to celebrate New Mexico's favorite food. Today we give you a quick lesson in all things chile and then make: Chile Rellenos with two batters and two fillings, Green Chile & Chicken Stew, Green Chile Scalloped Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach with Green Chile, and believe it or not, a Lime Ice Cream with Candied Green Chiles.
