Today we celebrate the Chinese New Year of the horse with a menu chock full of some of your favorite Chinese Take-out dishes. We will fill our cardboard containers with: Hot & Sour Soup, Crispy Spring Rolls, Asian Cucumber Salad, Kung Pao Chicken, Scallion Pancakes, Shrimp Toast, Crab Rangoon, and Homemade Fortune Cookies.
