Celebrate tomorrow's holiday with a menu that includes traditional Pascua recipes from both Mexico & New Mexico. The wonderful flavors and ingredients we associate with this Holy holiday will be featured in our dishes including Fava Bean Soup, Torta de Huevos in Red Chile Sauce, Ensalada de Manzana (Apple & Walnut Salad), Los Poblanos Lamb & Rosemary Crepes, Red Chile Scalloped Sweet Potatoes, and Pan Elote for dessert.
