ANNUAL TAMALE ROLL
Saturday, December 13 @ 10 AM-1 PM
'Tis the season to prepare a variety of tamales, both sweet and savory for the coming holiday celebrations. We will make traditional Red Chile Pork, a Sweet Almond Tamale, and a Green Corn Custard Tamale, Red Chile Sauce and Creme Anglaise for serving as well. Students take home everything we make (after sampling) ready to eat now or freeze for the holidays. (Hands-On)
