Cleaning

Remove the temperature control and, if necessary, wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. Dry the temperature control completely and set it aside.

Wash the skillet and glass lid with warm soapy water, using a nonabrasive cloth. Hand washing is recommended, but the unit and lid are dishwasher safe.
