USA Pan Jelly Roll Pan

$23.99

USA Pan has a pan for every recipe, including this traditional jelly roll (aka Swiss roll, cream roll, roulade) pan. But this is no one hit wonder. Use this jelly roll pan to bake the perfect jelly roll cake, or a dozen delightful drop cookies, or some colorful roasted veggies. Whatever you choose to make, you will turn out beautiful creations with USA Pan's aluminized steel and corrugated design. The steel is durable and strong - good enough for commercial kitchens. The ridged bottom works to create even air circulation while also distributing heat evenly, for professional results. Reinforced steel wire rims are easy to grasp with an oven mitt and also aid in warp resistance. All these features are further aided by USA Pan's proprietary, nonstick, silicone coating that sets the standard for food release and cleanup. Don’t worry about how that jelly roll will release from the pan. With Americoat, it’s easy every time.

Use and Care

Do not exceed 450°F (230°C).
USA Pan bakeware conducts heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce cooking time or temperature as needed. While dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and ensure long-lasting performance. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed; cooking spray is not recommended. To protect the pan’s appearance, use a silicone baking mat, or line the pan with foil or parchment paper when roasting vegetables or baking higher-fat foods like french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils—avoid sharp metal tools.
