USA Pan 9" Round Cake Pan
Bake decadent bakery quality classic cakes in this USA Pan non-stick 9” Round Cake Pan that will give all your cakes the perfect consistency and pristine results. A great size to stack for layered tier cakes or create mouthwatering tarts or spread a seven layer dip. Whatever you are cooking up, it is better in a USA Pan. Made of aluminized steel (the material of choice in commercial kitchens), USA Pan bakeware is durable, strong, and efficient. The reinforced steel wire rim aids in grip and baking pan strength. The ridged bottom of the cake pan creates even air circulation so cakes and recipes bake uniformly. Not to mention their nonstick coating, Americoat. It’s so good that it’s prized in professional kitchens around the world. Food releases easily so you never sacrifice a cake layer to the scrap pile and since food doesn’t stick, cleanup is a breeze.

Use and Care
Do not exceed 450°F (230°C).
USA Pan bakeware conducts heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce cooking time or temperature as needed. While dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and ensure long-lasting performance. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed; cooking spray is not recommended. To protect the pan’s appearance, use a silicone baking mat, or line the pan with foil or parchment paper when roasting vegetables or baking higher-fat foods like french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils—avoid sharp metal tools.
