USA Pan 6" Round Cake Pan

$19.99

This 6 inch nonstick cake pan is a great sized bakeware for individual smash cakes, perfectly portioned meals, layered dips, or tiers on an elaborate tiered cake. Whatever you bake, it will turn out beautifully thanks to USA Pan's eye for detail. First, they construct their baking pans from aluminized steel. Steel pans are prized in commercial kitchens thanks to their durability, strength, and excellent heat distribution. In fact, they are so efficient you might find your recipes baking in record time (so keep an eye on them the first time you use the cake pan). In addition, the reinforced steel rims add extra strength and grip area. The ridged bottom aids in warp resistance and even air circulation. All this adds up to baking nirvana, but it’s even better when your baked goods release easily from the pan. Thanks to USA Pan's Americoat finish, they will do just that. In fact, they release so well that clean-up is a breeze without stuck on food. No soaking required!

Use and Care

Do not exceed 450°F (230°C).
USA Pan bakeware conducts heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce cooking time or temperature as needed. While dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and ensure long-lasting performance. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed; cooking spray is not recommended. To protect the pan’s appearance, use a silicone baking mat, or line the pan with foil or parchment paper when roasting vegetables or baking higher-fat foods like french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils—avoid sharp metal tools.
