October 3 Kitchen Essentials Italian Cooking Class with Chef Bernard INCLUDES Four Quart Staub Cast Iron Cocotte in White
Join us via Zoom on Saturday, October 3 at 2 PM, when Chef Bernard will share his recipe for tomato bruschetta with blistered cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and aged balsamic, and a saffron cavatelli pasta with malloreddus sauce, veggies and fennel sausage, and guide you to the perfect kitchen essentials to help your kitchen satisfy both your appetite and creativity. And you can start using one of those essentials right away! This package include the Staub four quart cocotte in white. This enameled cast iron pan works on the stove and in the oven, safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, with nickel steel knobs and smooth enamel exterior. Rough enameled interior texture ensures exceptional browning and the self-basting spikes on the lid create a rain-forest effect evenly returning juices back onto food. Made in France, this pan requires no seasoning and is dishwasher safe. Plus, Las Cosas will include a four piece kitchen towel set in taupe, made by Zwilling as part of their ZWILLING Care program, helping to improve the lives of the disadvantaged and disabled. Made in Pondicherry, India, at the vocational training center built by Zwilling Care to help young people with disabilities learn the textile trade, allowing them to achieve independence and social participation, this $29.99 value towel set is our gift to you with the purchase of any class package.
