Join world traveler and foodie Margo Chan Taylor as she shares with us delicious recipes inspired by her recent culinary tour of beautiful Malta. A blend of Italian, Arab, and British influences, Margo includes recipes from each of these diverse cultures. Our menu includes: Small Ricotta Pies & Pea Pies (Qassatat Tal). Fish Soup (Aljotta), Honey Roasted Pork (Kustilji Tal-Majjal Fil-Fom Bl Ghasel), Aubergine & Green Peppers in Piquant Sauce (Brungiel U Bzar Ahdar F’Zalza Pikkanti), and for dessert, Pastry Horns filled with Ricotta (Kannoli Tal-Irkotta).
