Lemon grass, ginger, kaffir lime, garlic, galangal and chiles all bubbling in a pot or wok creates delicious Thai cuisine. Tonight we feature the lighter side of this popular cuisine with a menu perfect for spring and summer. We prepare: Thai-style Lettuce Cups, Thai Deviled Eggs, Thai Fish Cakes with Dipping Sauce, Grilled Thai Beef Salad, Shrimp with Coconut Milk, and Black Sticky Rice with Pineapple Ice Cream.
