Tonight we celebrate the fresh catch from the sea with a whole menu of classic seafood specialties. We will discuss shopping for, and the storage of, fish, shellfish, and crustaceans and then prepare a menu right out of a classic East Coast Chowder House. Our menu includes: Green Chile Corn & Oyster Chowder, Shrimp Po-Boys, Crab Au Gratin, Perfect Beer Batter Fish & Chips, Mussels Diablo, Homemade Oyster Crackers, and Oyster Shooters. Feel the breeze off the bay with this delicious menu. (Hands-On)
