By popular demand, a special class to introduce our students to the fundamentals of good knife skills; holding, chopping, sharpening and knife storage. We will practice cutting a variety of vegetable shapes including dice, julienne, baton, mince and brunoise. Students will receive a 10% discount on knife purchases on the day of the class. If you purchased a knife as a gift or received one with a value of 150.00 or more, this class is free! Check store for details. (Hands-On)
