ANNUAL TAMALE ROLL
Saturday, December 16 @ 10 AM-1 PM
'Tis the season to prepare a variety of tamales; both sweet and savory, for the coming holiday celebrations. We will make traditional Red Chile Pork, a Sweet Almond Tamale, Green Chile & Cheddar, and a Green Corn Custard Tamale. We will prepare sauces to accompany as well. Students take home all the tamales we make (after sampling of course) to eat now or freeze for the holidays. This class sells out fast so we are offering it twice! (Hands-On)
