Las Cosas Loyalty Program Guidelines
Become a Member
The Las Cosas Loyalty Rewards program ("membership") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working e-mail address. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or on LasCosasCooking.com. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. If you are between 18 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe store locations and not on Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe web store.
Las Cosas may, at any time, terminate or modify the Las Cosas Loyalty Reward program by posting the changes on lascosascooking.com or by email notification.
Employees of Las Cosas are not eligible for membership in the Loyalty program.
Earn Points
As a member of the Las Cosas Loyalty program you will earn one (1) Discount point for nearly every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Purchases" below) when you show your membership card at the time of purchase in store. Points will post to your account at the point of sale at the time of purchase. Point calculations are based on dollars spent at checkout on qualifying purchases. You must have your card present at time of purchase for points to be added. When qualifying purchases are returned, points will be deducted from your Las Cosas Loyalty Reward program account equal to the amount of points earned for that purchase originally. Points apply only to the first membership card scanned in connection with any purchase. Membership cards and points have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership cards or points to anyone else. Please keep your membership cards in a safe place because they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Las Cosas is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address, change of e-mail address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Rewards
For every 100 points you earn in the Las Cosas Loyalty Rewards program, you will be eligible to receive a $5 discount off your future qualifying purchase at participating Las Cosas retail store locations. 100 Points are automatically deducted from your account for every $5 in discount value used by you. Discounts are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Discount are for discounts off future purchases at Las Cosas retail store locations and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the Discount, excluding sales tax. Reward Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount except for non-qualifying purchases.
Non-Qualifying Purchases
The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded: instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases, purchases made for resale or paid with a Las Cosas Gift Card, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Las Cosas Loyalty Rewards program points will be earned on Las Cosas Gift Card purchases but not on Las Cosas Gift Card redemptions. Gift Card purchases are excluded from all double, triple and similar point promotions. Members will earn 1 point for every $1 of Gift Card purchases. Points will not be earned on Las Cosas Cooking School class purchase. Point will not be earned on item with a discount of 30% or more. Other exclusions may apply.
Non-Qualifying Redemptions
The following items are considered non-qualifying redemptions for which Discount points may not be redeemed: prior purchases, purchase of Las Cosas Gift Cards, purchases made for resale, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees and commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply.
Membership Inactivation, Cancellation, Expiration and Termination
Loyalty Rewards program members who do not maintain a unique working e-mail address will have their membership inactivated.
Loyalty Rewards program members who make no qualifying purchases during any continuous (rolling) 12-month period, your membership will automatically expire on the last day of the 12th month of account inactivity and your account will be inactivated.
You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying Las Cosas Kitchen by e-mail or phone. Upon cancellation your membership will be inactivated.
If at any time, your point balance becomes negative as a result of a returned purchase or returned purchases we will deduct the number of points corresponding with your return from your account. We may also terminate your account. Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.

Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
The laws of the State of New Mexico apply to this program and you agree that any claim related to the program will be brought in the State of New Mexico.
