credit

is

shipped

ground

four
business
days

2nd
Day
Air
upon
request.
The
shipping
cost
is
determined
using
the
basket
total
for
all

contiguous
states.
Alaska
and
Hawaii
have
no
ground
services
so
UPS
2nd
Day
Air
services
are
used.
